Shipping with a shipping service provider

The products from our range that can be shipped by mail are shipped via DHL, UPS, Hermes, or GLS. Delivery takes place Monday through Saturday. All items are generally shipped in one shipment. If you request partial delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.

Delivery by freight forwarder
When shipping furniture, a freight forwarder is hired. They will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
Standard delivery: Delivery is made to the curb. By placing your order, you agree to dispose of the transport packaging.

Upon delivery: Please inspect the delivered goods carefully. If a box is damaged, have this noted on the delivery note. You can still accept the goods, as they are often undamaged. We simply have a better handle on the shipping company in the event of damage.
